MMARS is the Moon Mars Atacama Research Station, a project being organised by TATA and two Chilean universities, namely the Universidad de Concepcion and the Universidad de Atacama. The goal is to dedicate a large area of the Atacama Desert in northern Chile to the creation of an ambitious space analog settlement. This will include an underground Moon base built inside of a completed copper mine.

TATA is The Astronaut Teacher Alliance, a collaboration between middle-school teachers in the US, Chile, Australia and elsewhere, and NASA. It's primary purpose is to connect students with the knowledge being produced by NASA in order to educate and to use space to stimulate their interest in science and technology.
